Mom's Peach Cobbler
Ingredients
  • ¾ cup Non-Dairy Milk
  • 1 stick Vegan Butter
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • ¾ cup Self-Rising Flour
  • 1 28oz can Sliced Peaches
  • Cinnamon
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Add the butter to a baking dish and let it melt
  3. In a bowl, stir the sugar and the flour together,
  4. Slowly add the milk and stir until there are no lumps
  5. Remove pan from the oven, and pour the batter right on top of the melted butter
  6. Spoon the peaches on top of the batter, pouring the syrup on top of everything, and do not stir
  7. Sprinkle with cinnamon and do not stir
  8. Bake for 45 minutes or until it's brown
