Ingredients
  • 2.5 cups cauliflower (steamed, chopped (like cauliflower rice)
  • 1 cup potato (steamed, chopped like cauliflower / for GAPS see notes)
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 2 tbsp arrowroot flour (or other starchy flour)
  • ⅓ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp garlic granules (or use 2 cloves fresh, minced)
  • ½ tsp onion granules (or use ½ small onion, diced)
  • 2 tbsp parsley (fresh finely chopped)
  • avocado oil (for frying, about 2 to 4 tbsp)
