100g plain flour, plus extra for dusting

1 ¼ teaspoons baking powder

1 orange, zest finely grated and juiced

75g caster sugar

2 eggs, separated

150g peeled carrots, finely grated

65g chopped almonds

5 teaspoons milk

icing sugar, for dusting
