Enjoy these low carb “sweet potato” chips in moderation if you are strictly keto. This is my favourite recipe to “indulge” when craving crunchy sweet potato chips.
Ingredients
  • 150 to 300 grams Butternut Squash, thinly sliced
  • 15 grams Gum Arabic (Acacia Gum)
  • 30 grams Water
  • pinch Sea Salt
  • pinch Sweet Potato Extract, a drop (optional)
  • Lard, or avocado oil, for frying
