  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs

  • 1 ΒΌ cups rice (jasmin and basmati are my favorite, brown rice is fine too though)
  • about 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 large carrots
  • 2 large hands full sugar snap peas
  • 4 Tbsp honey
  • 2 Tbsp fish sauce
  • 4 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 4 Tbsp sesame seeds
