Brother and sister Lewis and Mary Facchini, Three-years age difference. She had just cut her own bangs
Ingredients
  • 2 pounds frozen cod
  • 2 medium-sized onions or a few leeks, sliced lengthwise
  • Flour for dredging
  • 2 small cans of tomato sauce
  • 1 clove garlic
Steps
  1. Dry fish with paper towels.
  2. *Salt fish with caution
  3. Dredge fish in flour.
  4. Fry fish in oil, few pieces at a time.
  5. Sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
  6. Add tomato sauce.
  7. Return fish to fry pan.
  8. Simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
