Ingredients
- 2 pounds frozen cod
- 2 medium-sized onions or a few leeks, sliced lengthwise
- Flour for dredging
- 2 small cans of tomato sauce
- 1 clove garlic
Steps
- Dry fish with paper towels.
- *Salt fish with caution
- Dredge fish in flour.
- Fry fish in oil, few pieces at a time.
- Sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
- Add tomato sauce.
- Return fish to fry pan.
- Simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
