Herb-Crusted Cod Recipe with Parsnip Purée
Ingredients

  • 50g of salted butter
  • 2 tbsp of creamed horseradish

  • 450g of parsnip , peeled and diced into small pieces
  • 275ml of single cream
  • nutmeg , freshly grated
