Autumn Sausage Casserole

I'm a full-time working Mom of 3 boys. Cooking for me is something I enjoy but, with picky eaters, it's sometimes stressful. I like to try new recipes several times a month and am on a weight loss journey, so this seems like the perfect place and app for me to use to help organize my recipes.

1 pound bulk pork sausage

1 medium apple, peeled and chopped

1 medium onion, chopped

½ cup chopped celery

3 cups cooked long grain rice

½ cup raisins

⅓ cup minced fresh parsley

1 tablespoon brown sugar

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon ground allspice

¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
