  • 1.5 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1.5 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • ½ teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Fresh Black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • ¼ cup Mustard oil (for subs refer to note 2)
  • ¼ cup Thick yogurt
  • 2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon butter
