15 Minute Sesame Noodles with Maple Ginger Sauce

  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup or a vegan honey product
  • ¼ cup liquid aminos or low sodium/light soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • ¾ teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha (or more for more heat)
  • Chopped scallions, for garnish
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
