  • 1 large carrot - roughly chopped
  • 1 cup dried split red lentils - rinsed
  • 450 g water
  • 2 Tbsp Chicken Stock Concentrate
  • 1 tin chopped tomatoes
  • 1 squeeze Fresh Lemon Juice
