Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter, room temperature
  • ¾ cup golden raisins, soaked in ¾ cup Irish whiskey

  • 4 tea bags
  • 4 cups boiling water
  • ¾ cup Irish whiskey (reserved from pudding)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 cloves
  • ½ lemon, juiced
