Apple Peanut Butter Smoothie

Ingredients
  • container vanilla Greek yogurt
  • small chopped apple- skin on
  • ¼ cup whey protein
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 T natural peanut butter
  • ¼ t cinnamon
  • handfull of ice
Steps
  1. Blend until smooth first four ingredients.
  2. Add cinnamon, peanut butter and ice and whip to desired consistency.
