  • 1 ½ POUNDS FRESH SPINACH LEAVES, TOUGH STEMS REMOVED, WASHED AND DRAINED
  • PINCH PEPERONCINO (CRUSHED RED PEPPER)
  • SIX 5- TO 6- OUNCE PIECES HALIBUT FILLET
