  • 1 ⁄4 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • Dash Cloves
  • 1 ⁄4 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1 ⁄2 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 1 ⁄2 cup Whole Wheat Flour (or gluten-free 1:1)
  • 1 ⁄4 cup Brown Rice Flour (for dusting only!)
