Ingredients
  • 6 to 8 skinless chicken thighs, on the bone
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup lemon-lime soda (can use diet soda)
  • ⅔ cup white wine vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic; minced
  • 2 tbsp lite soy sauce
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
Steps
  1. Place the chicken in the crock pot and cover it with brown sugar, pepper, garlic and soy sauce.
  2. Add the vinegar and soda.
  3. Cover the pot and cook on low for 9 hours or high for 4 to 5 hours.
