Salted caramel protein “cheesecake”
Ingredients
  • 1 egg
  • 235g Greek yogurt
  • 10g SF butterscotch pudding
  • 1tsp vanilla extract
  • 15g monkfruit sweetener
  • 5 drops stevia
  •  
  • subheading: Glaze:
  • 20g SF syrup
  • 10g vanilla protein powder
  • Flake salt
Steps
  1. Whisk egg, sweetener, extract.
  2. Add in yogurt and pudding mix.
  3. Pour into greased or parchment lined small baking tin (4.5 diameter)
  4. Bake 30 mins at 350. Chill overnight.
  5. When ready, spread on glaze and sprinkle with flake salt.
