Method: Instant Pot and Oven
Ingredients
  • 1 ½ pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs and breasts (I use a combination of both)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp chicken bouillon
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp seasoned salt
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 large package ( 16 rolls) hawaiian rolls
  • Monterey jack cheese
  • 2 Tbsp butter, melted
  • ¼ tsp garlic salt
  • Alabama White BBQ Sauce
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • ¾ tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ½ tsp horseradish
