Ingredients
  • ¾ c whole milk Greek yogurt
  • ½ small cucumber, peeled, grated and squeezed dry
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the yogurt, cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well to combine
