  • 5 tbsp / 75 ml hot water
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp xanthan gum
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Filling
  • ⅓ cup / 90g tomato puree double concentrated
  • 24 slices pepperoni
  • 1 ¼ cup / 140g grated mozzarella
  • 1 tsp Italian herbs or oregano
