2 tbsp avocado oil (plus enough to coat glass loaf pan)

2 cups dry green lentils

2 tbsp ground flaxseed

½ cup unsweetened ketchup ( Homemade, or I like Primal Kitchen®)

1 tablespoon Lakanto® Maple Flavored Syrup

4 tbsp vegan Worcestershire sauce, divided (I use The Wizards Sauces or Annie’s Naturals)

1 cup gluten-free oats

1 cup chopped walnuts

½ cup hemp seeds

1 tsp sea salt

1 tbsp granulated garlic powder

1 tbsp granulated onion powder

1 tbsp Italian seasoning

1 small onion, diced

2 small carrots, peel and diced small

½ small bell pepper, seeded and diced small

3 tbsp organic tomato paste
