Ingredients
  • 150 g active starter
  • 160 g warm water
  • 200 g warm water
  • 20 g whole psyllium husk
  • 20 g honey
  • 10 g salt
  • 355 g gf flour blend (I do not recommend Bob's Red Mill or King Arthur)
  • 60 g gf oat flour (can be replaced with sorghum flour)
