Lemon, Capers, & Butter Sauce
Ingredients
  • 2 swordfish steaks (6 to 8 oz each)

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 shallot, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (or ½ teaspoon dried)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary leaves (or ½ teaspoon dried)
  • 1 cup dry white wine
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Lemon slices for garnish
  • Capers, for garnish
