John Min Black Bean Spare Ribs
Ingredients
  • 4 lbs Ribs, Cut in single Ribs
  • 2 TBSP Garlic
  • 1 bottle beer
  • I round Onion, diced
  • 2 Bell Peppers diced
  • ½ Cup Shoyu
  • ½ Cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 TBSP Oyster Sauce
  • 2 TBSP Black Bean Sauce
Steps
  1. On Sauté mode, Brown Ribs on all sides in oil.
  2. Add Garlic and onions and mix until slightly cooked. Add beer. Mix, making sure browning bits not stuck to bottom.
  3. Add Oyster Sauce, Black Bean Sauce, Shoyu and Brown Sugar. Cover and HP 12 minutes, QR.
  4. Add Bell Peppers
  5. Add Cornstarch/water mixture to thicken sauce.
