- 1 cup all-purpose flour 128 to 130g

- 2 tbsp espresso powder
- 1 tsp coffee extract optional - read notes above on espresso flavor.
- ½ tsp salt
- ¾ cup white sugar 155g
- ½ cup light brown sugar 110g
- 2 eggs room temp
