Ingredients
  • And threw together this dish off the top of my head for lunch--it is a keeper! Frozen okra sauted in 1 tsp oil until starting to crisp/brown, threw in some cauli rice I had in the fridge and added some diced chicken breast I already had cooked. Seasoned with seasoning salt, nutritional yeast, and a squirt of Bragg's. So good!
