Ingredients
  • 2 200g tubs vanilla yoghurt (fat-free, if preferred)
  • 90 gram milk chocolate, melted, cooled
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla paste
  • 2 teaspoon gelatine
  • ¼ cup just-boiled water
  • subheading: Strawberry salsa:
  • 250 gram punnet strawberries, hulled, quartered
  • 1 tablespoon icing sugar
  • 1 tablespoon grand marnier
