Fresh Green Vegetables with Smoked Almonds and Red Peppers
Ingredients
  • 500g fresh green beans
  • 2 bunches broccolini
  • 2 bunches asparagus ends trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon mustard (Dijon or grain)
  • ½ lemon squeezed
  • 100 grams smoked almonds slightly crushed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 roasted red peppers peeled and chopped (homemade or jarred varieties works great too)
  • Sea salt and cracked pepper (to season)
