  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined

  • 1 lemon zest and juice
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley leaves
  • ⅓ lb angel hair or linguine pasta cooked to serve, reserve the cooking water
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese optional
