Mumbai Street Style Masala Pav

Ingredients
  • ¼ cup + 1 TBSP - Butter
  • 2 TBSP + 1 TBSP - Garlic paste
  • ½ tsp + 1 TBSP - Pav Bhaji Masala (or to taste)
  • 2 TBSP + ½ cup + some more - Cilantro (Coriander) - chopped
  • 6 - Pav or Warburtons White Rolls
  • 2½ cups + some more - Onions - finely chopped
  • 1 TBSP - Ginger paste
  • 2 cups - Green Peppers (Capsicum) - finely chopped
  • 1 cup - Tomatoes - finely chopped
  • 1½ tsp - Salt (or to taste)
  • ½ tsp - Red Chilli powder (or to taste)
  • ½ tsp - Kashmiri Chilli powder (or to taste)
  • 1 tsp - Chat Masala
  • ½ cup - Water
  • 1½ tsp - Lemon juice
