  • neutral flavored oil for frying

  • ½ cup light brown sugar
  • ¼ cup low sodium soy sauce or coconut amnios
  • 1 teaspoon Vegetable Better Than Bouillon
  • 2 teaspoons grated ginger
  • 3 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
  • ⅓ cup water
