  • ½ lemon, seeded and thinly sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed and peeled
  • ½ teaspoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon whole-grain mustard
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground pepper
  • ⅓ cup canola oil
