Ingredients
  • 16  oz  fresh or frozen salmon fillets
  • ½  cup  white wine vinegar
  • 2  tsp  fresh lemon juice
  • ½  tsp  fresh grated lemon zest
  • 2  tbsp  fresh chopped dill
  • 1 jar Dirty Dill Chips
  • 1  large zucchini  sliced into ⅛-inch pieces
  • Metal or wood skewers  if using wood, soak in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2  tbsp  cooking oil
