Ingredients
  • 4 eggs

  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract

  • ¼ cup coconut flour
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder
  • 2 Tbsp ground flaxseeds (flax meal)
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts or pecans
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • 1 large carrot, grated
  • 1 medium zucchini, grated
