Twice Baked Potatoes
Ingredients
  • Real Bacon Bits
  • 4 Large Baking Potatoes
  • ¼ c. Butter
  • ¼ c. Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 8 oz. Sour Cream
  • ¾ c. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 3 T. Parmesan Cheese
  • ½ t. Garlic Salt
  • ¼ t. Pepper
  • Bacon, cooked and crumbled for topping
Steps
  1. Cook potatoes
  2. Scoop out the insides of the potatoes
  3. Combine potatoes, butter and whipping cream, mash together
  4. Stir in the sour cream, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic salt and pepper.
  5. Put mixture into potato shells
  6. Place on baking sheet, sprinkle with shredded cheese and bacon
  7. Bake @ 400° for 10 to 20 min
