Air Fryer Crustless Quiche

I'm a full-time working Mom of 3 boys. Cooking for me is something I enjoy but, with picky eaters, it's sometimes stressful. I like to try new recipes several times a month and am on a weight loss journey, so this seems like the perfect place and app for me to use to help organize my recipes.

4 links sausage remove the casing and cut into pieces

3 ounces spinach about 2 handfuls

1 tablespoon water

1 small handful of your favorite cheese

⅓ cup milk

3 to 4 eggs beaten
