Garlicky Braised Greens
Ingredients
  • 400 ml Chicken Bone Broth
  • 6 silverbeet stems, leaves and stems separated and cut into 8 cm lengths
  • ½  bunch of kale (about 150 g), stems discarded and leaves torn
  • 1 bunch of English spinach (about 200 g), stems removed
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 80 ml (⅓ cup) good-quality animal fat
  • 5 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
