  • Last night I didn't feel like cooking AT ALL, so I whipped up a quick chicken salad. It is based off a recipe I used years ago the first time I did @ww, but I couldn't find the exact recipe so I winged it with what I remembered. It is perfect for a hot summer night when you don't want to turn on an oven AND it is super low in points.
  • 2 cans shredded chicken
  • Crushed pineapple, drained
  • Grapes, quartered
  • 30 grams slivered almonds, toasted
  • ΒΌ cup fat free Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp light mayo
  • 2 tsp monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
