Shrimp, Bell Pepper and Onions Skillet
Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 small red onion, sliced
  • 3 big bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes with juice
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon fresh parsley
  • ½ teaspoon coriander
  • ⅛ teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined tail-on
  • Garnish with fresh feta cheese (skip the cheese if you are on Whole30 or Paleo diet)
