Ingredients
  • Veggies
  • 6 Tbs olive oil
  • 1½ tsp salt
  • pepper
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 425°
  2. Chop enough veggies to fill largest mixing bowl to the first line. Toss with oil, salt and pepper. Spread on large baking sheet. Put in oven and check every 10 min or so, until done.
Notes
  • Whole garlic cloves need a good 25 min.
