  • ¼ cup dry milk powder (22 g/0.8 oz) or DariFree (40 g/1.4 oz)
  • 2 tsp xanthan gum
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • ⅛ tsp ascorbic acid (optional)
  • subheading: WET INGREDIENTS:
  • 3 large eggs, at room temperature, beaten
  • 240 ml (1 cup) water, heated to about 80°F (27°C)
  • 60 ml (¼ cup) olive oil
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
