Macaroni and Cheese- Slow Cooker
Ingredients
  • 18 ounces (500 grams) elbow macaroni, uncooked
  • 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 9 ounces (250 grams) of Cream Cheese
  • 2 ½ cups milk
  • 13 ounce (375 milliliter) can evaporated milk
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)
  • People have found the recipe to be quite finicky, because certain slow cookers heat and cool in different ways.  One common fix that many have found is to add more milk to the the pot, because the slow cooker can dry up all the liquid and burn the noodles.
