  • 1 tbsp olive, avocado, or vegetable oil
  • White sauce
  • ¼ cup dairy-free butter
  • ¼ cup unbleached all-purpose flour
  • 2 cup vegetable broth
  • ½ cup dairy-free sour cream
  • ½ cup dairy-free cream cheese
  • 3 tbsp green chillies or pickled jalapeno, drained & chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
