Bacon Fried Rice with Shallots
Ingredients
  • 2 Tablespoons butter (divided)
  • 6 strips bacon (cut into ½ pieces)
  • 2 eggs (whisked)
  • ¼ cup minced shallot
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ⅔ cup frozen peas
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 4 cups cooked and cooled rice
  • 3 green onions (sliced)
  • 4 Tablespoons soy sauce (or tamari)
  • 2 teaspoons oyster sauce
