  • 2 medium onions, sliced into ¼-inch rings, or half rings
  • 1 small green pepper sliced into ¼-inch rings, or thin slices
  • 1 small red pepper sliced into ¼-inch rings, or thin slices
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper chili flakes optional
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley for garnish, optional
