I never met a cheesecake that I didn’t like. Not sure if that’s a good thing, or a bad. But this Italian Ricotta Cheesecake Recipe is beyond delicious! You won’t be disappointed.

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

1 (16 ounce) container ricotta cheese

1 ½ cups white sugar

4 eggs

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3 tablespoons cornstarch

3 tablespoons flour

½ cup butter, melted and cooled

1 pint sour cream
