Barbara O'Neill Flu Bomb Remedy
Ingredients
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon freshly crushed ginger (or ginger powder as a substitute)
  • 1 teaspoon freshly crushed turmeric (or turmeric powder as a substitute)
  • Juice of 1 whole lemon
  • 1 teaspoon honey (more can be added to taste)
  • 1 drop eucalyptus essential oil
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper powder (start with ΒΌ teaspoon and work up to 1 teaspoon if sensitive, will burn but subsides quickly)
