Fast Frosted Gingerbread Cookie Bars
Soft and moist, these gingerbread bars are like frosted gingerbread cookies but require much less time, effort, and equipment. Bake some for your holiday table, year after year.
Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon baking powder

  • 6 tablespoons (85g) unsalted butter
  • 6 tablespoons (128g) molasses
  • ½ cup (107g) dark brown sugar, packed
  • 1 large egg, at room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon King Arthur Pure Vanilla Extract
