Vegan Caesar Salad Dressing Recipe by Anja Cass
Ingredients
  • 1 cup cashew nuts
  • 1 cup plant-based milk (such as almond milk)
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast flakes (or substitute with tahini paste and a dash of soy sauce)
  • ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 large clove of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste (approximately ½ teaspoon coarse Celtic sea salt and a dash of black pepper)
