  • 250 g. (2 ½ cups) fresh rolled oats OR old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 4 g. (1 tsp.) baking soda
  • 2 g. (½ tsp.) baking powder
  • 2 g. (½ tsp.) kosher salt
  • 150 g. (1 cup) dried cranberries
  • 35 g. (½ cup) shredded coconut (optional)
  • 75 g. (½ cup) chopped nuts (optional)
